About Seaside

Seaside Home Management was started out of a desire to provide families with options when their elderly parents need help staying successfully in their beautiful home in Southwest Florida.

Our family has been in the elderly home care business for over 20 years and has provided personal care and clinical care services to thousands of families locally, including our own.

We provide clinical care services through Seaside Home Health Care, right here in Naples.

You would think that families decide to place their loved one in a managed care facility due to their care needs alone. But often, “keeping up” with basic home maintenance plays a significant factor in the decision to place Mom and Dad in a facility.

This can lead to a loss of independence, removal from known and comfortable surroundings and restricts family visits from out of town. The parent is no longer in control of their home and care, which is dictated by the facility rules and offerings. The sale of the family home and downsizing means loss of comforts and memories built in that home. Moving into a facility means that visits with family are not as convenient and outings-based versus staying with Mom and Dad in their home for the weekend. Mom can’t host like she would like to.

So, we started providing those wrap around, home maintenance services that alleviate the need for placement and downsizing. We can manage the lawn, pool, handy-man jobs so that there is no worry for the parents or the out of state children. Both have a 24/7, local connection to handle any issues that come up.

From there, we have added Seasonal Home Watch, Rental Property Management and Home Management for all types of clients as demand grew for those services.
