1. Look for Signs of Moisture or Water Leaks

Take a look under sinks, around toilets, near the water heater, around windows and doors, and anywhere plumbing enters the home. Watch for discoloration, dampness, musty odors, bubbling paint, or other signs that moisture may be getting where it shouldn’t.

2. Check Your Air Conditioning System

Your air conditioner works hard during a Southwest Florida summer.
